The Area Development Program (ADP) is designed for high-value multi-unit developers with a desire to own and operate their own group or cluster of studios, or engage BEE ACTIVE’s professional OSS team for superior results if they wish to be absentee-licensees and enjoy transparent reporting of the clubs’ results.

Typically, Area Developers may choose their preferred neighborhoods, districts, or cities to develop 5-10 clubs which can then be easily managed within that more defined geographical area.

The Single Unit Development Program (SUDP) provides and empowers individual, small group/partnerships, or family entrepreneurs to achieve their personal goals and ambitions to own and operate a well-developed business, adapt to the licensing model, be supported and coached throughout the journey, and learn SME business strategies, real estate, compliance, design, marketing, staffing, and profitable management skills.
