Ltd also provides a unique REBRANDING/CONVERSION CONSULTANCY SERVICE which enables existing and ambitious franchisees, licensees, or independent owner-operators of conventional gyms to reposition and upscale their efforts towards a more profitable, ethical, engaging, reliable, trustful, truthful, and supportive dynamic in a post-COVID world.

This program is ideal for conventional gym franchisees or licensees exiting or discontinuing their current agreement period (“term”) and choosing a new path forward.

 There are 3 key pillars of a successful gym/club/studio ownership journey:

1. LOCATION – understanding the traffic patterns, local community profile, cost of acquisition or rent, and related fit-out and set-up costs.

2. OPERATIONAL AND REPORTING SYSTEMS – transparent planning suitable for each Development Phase – strategic goal-setting – early-stage marketing/pre- opening sales/post-opening coaching during the initial 3 months of operations and beyond.

3. TEAM DEVELOPMENT (PEOPLE) – recruitment and selection of motivated team members – offering a fair & equitable base salary, revenue share, and commission structure – coaching/guidance on a day-to-day basis to enhance soft skills needed to develop individual performance – provide career opportunities.

Once a suitable location is agreed and secured, the correct implementation, guidance, and day-to-day coaching (pillars 2 & 3) will enable the optimal performance and operational efficiency milestones to be achieved further exploring an expansion plan to be developed towards owning/operating multiple facilities.

As an Operational Support Services (OSS) company, we provide direct hands-on studio operations to facility owners who wish to be guided on budget, operations, transparent reporting, and other financial goals (incl. expansion aspirations and timelines).

Our Operational Support Services (OSS) are based on a agreed monthly management contract for each separate gym or group of facilities in a specific geographical area.

Our OSS team embraces 50+ years of direct hands-on operational gym/studio experience across multiple brands and countries.

We currently have contracted OSS team members operating in the following countries and special administrative regions – Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, mainland People’s Republic of China, S.A.R. Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Our OSS programs are offered per month per location based on a (1) one-year contracted services agreement. Negotiable and extendable, based on number of units and locations.
