        Zone 1. Inten Z1 – 45

IntenZ1 is 45 minutes of a full body workout, focused on endurance training, strength and explosive power.  IntenZ1 is home to 8 different workout stations. At each station, you will find equipment prepared for 8 different set of exercises & movements. Such as; The Tank, battle ropes, core bags, kettlebells & weight lifting equipment….,  as the class moves after completion of each exercise, the dynamic movement changes at each station making it fun & challenging for you, all the while working in-sync to colored lights that sets the power mood & tone of the workout, accompanied by upbeat dance music that keeps the pump on & sets the rhythm for a fun & motivating class.


Zone 2. Combat Z2 – 50

Zone 2 is our Combat HIIT Zone-50min, combining mixed martial arts (MMA), with intense cardio and dynamic strength training, it is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) boutique-style class synced to “up-beat, motivational” dance music, training targets the entire body, it offers the ultimate full-body workout to challenge the body & mind.

In Zone2 you will get three specific workout areas with exercise stations. At each station, you will find equipment for a specific challenge. For example, treadmills at the cardio HIIT area, a weight bench in the strength HIIT area & suspended punch and core bags for mixed martial arts(MMA) in our combat HIIT area. Participants move between these dynamic HIIT stations; with power running, anaerobic lifting weights ,  dynamic boxing & martial arts(MMA), each for three (3)minute explosive intervals at each station all the while, different colored lighting sets the tone  & mood of your  workout, upbeat dance music keeps the pump on & sets the rhythm for a fun & motivating class.…, Combat-Power – 50 minutes

Zone 3. Grit Z3 – 30

Les Mills GRIT workouts is our game changer.  3 different dynamic 30min challenges ; Strength / Cardio / Athletic. It is designed for those who seek next level challenges to bring him/her-self up to the next level of high performance & fitness.

LES MILLS GRIT  Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
